pleased you got your dsg box fixed - you must have a nicer vw garage than me

though mine has actually weirdly seemed to have fixed itself of late - jurkiness is hardly noticeable - but in contact with a more mod friendly vw garage courtesy of Dom and VWR and have it booked in for April to be inspected.

i have not noticed loosing the dsg burp after remapping the box - its still very much there

The 2 cars i have been in 3 if you count Hurdy's have all but lost the burp.  :sad1: Saying that with the blueflame, for some reason it is very pronounced.  :pomppomp:

be interesting if you now check if it creeps by putting it back to stock....

I cant see how a different engine map would alter the creep......... (assuming the idle speed is the same)

^^^ I think the cat might be on to something, mine is running in stock mode and feels like it pulls less while holding it on the brakes and starts to creep slightly slower

....Off topic for a sec, but one of the latest (2010) rules about Touristenfahrten days is that you must have cats fitted. It's all discussed over on the 'loopy' forum.
