Any help on choice please.
Also apparently theres a 'pattern' type choice on the powerflex ones.

100nm + 90 degrees
+90 degrees assumes it’s a stretch bolt, so a good idea to replace it.

I changed my insert to the vwr racing mount and has less movement with 034 engine mounts
