Rough / Surging Idle

Hi all,
having a few issues with the car again - random rough idle and surging. Seems to be when warm only. EML isn't on and no fault codes are present when scanned (carista), PCV seems to be fine (R revision) and it's just had a fresh set of plugs. Decided to get a smoke test yesterday whilst it was in for a service which revealed a tiny leak in the below hose. Mechanic didn't seem to think that would cause such a bad misfire but going to replace it first before taking it to a specialist who can diagnose with vcds and provide a bit more detail. Don't suppose anyone knows the part number (can't make it out in the pic) or has had similar issues?

This is it: 06F 133 781 L
There's one thing I am unsure about and that is; 06F 133 781 L is for the rear EVAP canister...and I do not know if the same tubing is used if you have the front EVAP canister.
