Torquing up vis balance shaft delete freewheel?!

Is there a guide anywhere on fitting this free wheel? How is it braced to be able to torque it? I assume a dab of blue loctite is advisable?!

There's a hole in the pump housing to poke a small screwdriver/allen key into to hold the shaft still to torque up the sprocket.
@muff1991
has a picture of it.
Loctite isn't a bad idea. I'd go with the permanent loctite red personally.
