well im getting my edition30 soon and just looking around for the best price on insurance, its got a giac re-map, aftermarket back box and and up rated air filter set up, advice please....... im 23

greenlight mate, i was 24 when i picked mine up and they were by far the cheapest and still are 2 years down the line  :happy2:

i bought mine at 25 but thats when insurance drops a lot. try greenlight first not sure if they will be the best for under 25yr olds but modded GTIs fo sho.  :happy2:

its a good idea to get insurance quotes before buying a car or even modding it as you could be stuck with something you cant insure especially if you were gonna go mad and put a fiberglass body kit on it!  :laugh:

i did get a few quotes before putting some cash down on the car, does being an advanced driver make a difference? i have that with being a firfighter and ERD qualified  :happy2:

no idea, fill out the greenlight quote form and see what they come up with!

Yep, I got a quote from these guys for my renewal and they are the cheapest by a mile with all mods declared!!!  :pomppomp:

How much you all paying out of interest? I bought my edition 30 at 25 and with myself and my girlfriend on (same age) its £800. No mods as yet.

im paying £580 - 26yrs old - 5yrs protected no claims - all mods declared - parked on the street in london

i think i pay £400 ish with all mods but i am 31 but the scooby is not as cheap its £800 for that  :confused:
