So the front door lock passenger side dodgy (opens one week not the next ) for months. Last week eml light came on. Stuck her in an inde vw specialist to replace/bung in an oem actuator.
Boy just phoned me saying its been replaced - and works fine.
There were 3 fault codes apparently (forgot to ask what) - anyway 2 codes cleared (for replaced passenger side) but the third is relating to the DRIVERS door ! which has always worked fine. Said they are checking the wiring as he thought the electrical whatever goes thru the drivers door. Does this sound kosher - surely the drivers door actuator is ok (i hope ffs)
Anyone help ?
