My car account that I save into monthly has dropped by £8.5k due to buying the missis a new car from it. My xmas pressie to her.

This now means that I can't quite reach my GT-R target fund for this year and so may be looking elsewhere if I change. Alternatively it means I have an Edition 30 superfund :rolleye:

This is why thoughts are running rampant in my head at the minute. :jumping:

y not just just get yours 4mo ie all the running gear from the r32 as i know a ford guy that did it to his rs focus, he raised the boot floor and had a propshaft made for it.

^^ Great minds think alike.

Cut the boot floor out and panel it over with CF (or weld in an R32 boot, if you prefer) and get the running gear and stuff off the 'bay.

Just got off the phone with JBS. They basically said to get my car converted to 4WD would be "a lot". They didn't give a figure, but said it would be much easier and cheaper to buy an R32 and drop in the Edition 30 engine and even cheaper to buy an R32 and have a turbo conversion. Back to square one for some more thoughts. :innocent:
