I'm here at the hotel  :laugh:  The rest of the group will be here later on. Some nice sounding motors keep going past my room  :driver:

Its been pissing it down today, but tomorrow and Sunday should be better  :happy2:

Going for a quick look around the town, and gonna get some lunch. Really looking forward to getting on the track.

Eddy seems a real nice fella, and the room is just great for the money.  :happy2:

I'm assuming you pay the photographers for copies o the shots??

....Yes, for unwatermarked high-res cleaned up versions. Jochen (frozenspeed) does great 'clean-ups' and usually charges a sliding rate according to quantity of different shots you order. He's fast at sending them too.

No timed laps from me, but I certainly felt the Mk6 was more capable on the ring than the Mk5, just needed more power  :laugh: :laugh:

Some of the others posted some very good times but I will let them reveal all.

The pics from Frozenspeed are awesome and Jochen is a top bloke. Meet him on Sunday night and he spend a god hour showing some of us some of his work and explaining how he gets the shots  :notworthy: :notworthy:

Here are some more pic's

New Polo GTI launch this weekend, lots of the running around the town and a couple of the circuit, I think it's time to replace the otherhalfs A3 already  :grin: :grin:
