My first post here - I've read lots of threads about cruise control but my issue doesn't quite seem to fit with what I've seen...
It was working fine until the beginning of last week when a brake light bulb went. I have replaced the bulb (two different ones to be sure) but still not working.
I have scanned with VCDS and found one possibly relevant fault:

I don't think these would cause cruise to stop, but happy to be told otherwise. I have the MAF fault on the list as well!
I have also run the live diagnostic and could see the brake and clutch switches changing the second field but none of the stalk buttons made the fourth field change. I'm using this for reference:
