Can Anyone Decode My VIN

Loads of the online VIN decoders wont work.

Can anyone give me the full list of features and a build date?

if you want the full list of options on your car then look under the boot mat where you should find a sticker label that has all the info in factory code.
Without traction power is nothing!

If you go on erwin you can get a full breakdown of all the production codes if you put in your vin but you have to pay for it.
