I have a 2005 mk5 gti bought it off a guy in Birmingham it had a leak when I got my new car and has been kept in a garage my friend replaced the can bus gateway but the saved data in Ross tech and vcds was wiped off his computer and we haven't got the old coding or the old canbus gateway module. Any advice on how to get the car back to working no errors and can get it back to running please?
Cars starts but dash lights.
New module replacement has been fitted but not coded.
