Option Code Help

Hello all,
Looking for the Option codes on my Mk5 Gti, all I can find in the Service Book and the boot is the Code '28FS' and nothing else.
Anyone any ideas what this means please or where my options codes could be?

Did a quick Google and found 28FS to be a product recall on the coil packs.

It's actually a 5, so 28F5 - that brings up a sh*t ton of posts on the recall.

As far as option codes are , they should be listed on the sticker in boot/service book.

Here's what I've got on the front inside cover page in my Service Book.
And here's what I've got in the boot next to the spare wheel - nothing under the wheel itself. No codes anywhere.
