4Sale Image Problem

Can Someone Please Help Me i have been trying for hours to put up a for sale advert with some bits from my old mk5 gti and no matter what i do i can't for the life of me get the right code for me to be able to put a pictures up.

I have tried dropbox imgur and loads of other sited and apps and none of them work. The link dropbox gives ou throws up red writing saying direct link only yet dropbox was explained as being te way to do it and dropbox only guve you the 1 link for the image so how the hell can that be wrong??

i have never had this problem before when posting adds with pictures why is there a problem now.

Any help would be really awesome guys thank you

I just tried the new Post image option on here (The blue P and text link under this box)

Yes that works fine but when your putting a for sale add you need to put the right image link code into the top box otherwise you can't post. The blue add image to post will add extra images thats fine for posts just like this but unfortunately not for sale adds.

I bought this just before Christmas been meaning to do a post about it. I do miss my mk5 strange i know but i spent so many hours working on it also i love the mk5 forum banter and talk.

I did try every single link that you can get from Dropbox and imgur but i couldn't get it to work.

I will have a crack at it this next weekend won't get the time till Friday. I will ket you know if i get it too work for me or not. I just want to get rid of all the stuff i have. I know there are a few bits people will want and having mk5 stuuff kicking sbout makes me miss my mk5 haha.

Its cool bro. I did the same trying to work it out on a normal ppst and thought thats allni needed to do simple yeah..... then i wrote out my for sale advert and did the image last. I nearly started to eat my bloody keyboard when i couldn't get it to work haha

When we move to the new server I will removed Add image to post link from the for sale pages.

I'm not to happy about using this third party mod for images, after what happened with photobucket.

We have some space for image upload but the built in functionality is not good.

You cannot link from Dropbox anymore. It (Dropbox) doesn’t let you.

That might be why it didn't work haha.

Hopefully i can sort it this weekend on my days off work when I get the time.
