To remove the airbag watch this video, once the airbags off you should see the screws to remove the blanks just replace the blanks with your steering wheel buttons.

Depending what stereo you have you might also need a special wiring harness for the head unit to make the buttons work.

Pm'd you back but if you didn't get it, eBay. Also think you must have the paddles for them to be plug and play, not sure if the year (of the car) matters though.?
