Blower motor

Hi could someone help me please.

My interior heating/ac is not working. No air is coming out. Blower motor is not spinning

I tried the blower motor directly to the battery and it works. Iv tried replacing the whole unit with the built in resistor thing and still not working. Iv checked fuse 4 on the side and it isnt blown
