Best flywheel for ed30? Is mk5 gti the same?

Hi all, my flywheel is due to be done on my vw golf edition 30, which brand is the best and also is the mk5 gti flywheel the same as edition 30?

Can someone advise please

Get the LUK S3 flywheel from AKS tuning.
