What’s this noise?

My car makes this noise from time to time, but never this long? Lasted about 2 minutes and then stopped?

Could it be the actuator for the AC / air?  Is it louder near the glovebox?

My ‘07 makes the exact same noise when the air con is on, comes and goes. it’s not anything to worry about and very common.  :happy2:
