Whats my GTI worth?

Evening Guys.
As my little family continues to grow the golf's practicability is decreasing so I'm testing the water and potentially looking to sell my GTI in the near future. However, the reason I'm here, I've no idea what price I would put it up for sale for?
Please could some of you kind folk help me out with a ball park figure as to what sort of price I could sell my GTI for?
Prices online with similar mileage range from £3000 to £5500+...
Details below:

2007 (57) VW Golf MK5 GTI – Manual – 5 Door – Black – FSH.
Mileage – 99206.
I have owned the car for almost 4 years, bought June 2017, 78880 mileage on date of purchase. 5 previous owners. Only done just over 20k miles in my ownership. 2 keys.
HPI/Finance Clear.
Valid MOT until 15th December 2021.
June 2017 MOT – 78,879 Milage – PASS.
June 2018 MOT – 83,902 Milage – PASS.
June 2019 MOT – 91,405 Milage – PASS.
December 2020 MOT – 98,074 Milage (6 month Covid Extension) – PASS.
Always used Shell Helix Ultra 5w-40 Oil and Shell V-Power 99 Ron Petrol.
New Cambelt and Water Pump (07/04/2018).
New thermostat (08/01/2020).
Gearbox Oil & Brake Fluid replaced with service (30/05/2020).
New Battery (13/02/2021)

Walnut blasting inlet clean, injector clean/service and new O-rings, new hpfp cam follower, new dipstick and BKR7IEX spark plugs all supplied on the day of remap (04/02/2020).

RamAir oversized induction kit.
Milltek 2.75” De-cat Exhaust System and downpipe.
Chassis/Suspension
Powerflex Rear Trailing Arm Bushes.
Whiteline Anti roll bars.
H&R 30mm Lowering Springs.
Exterior
17” Monza alloy wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres all round.
ED30 Rear Lights.
Rear tinted windows & black sun-strip.
Carbon wrapped mirror caps, bonnet, roof and boot (on the car when I bought it).
Interior
Heated tartan cloth print GTI interior – immaculate condition.
Carbon surround on dash (again, came on the car when I bought it)
Front & Rear aftermarket floor mats (black with red stitching)
Bad Points
Rust/Bubbling on both front arches.
Age related marks/scratches.
