Rough engine

Hi guys, went for a spirited drive at the weekend, car drove well but when I got home it sounded rough, when I turned the car off and restarted it sounded better. I have, a few months ago replaced the PCV, cam follower and cam chain and tensioner. I smoke tested the intake and there is a leak at the back of the engine around the rear PCV area, would that cause this or is it something else? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Lumpy and uneven idle, an a bit of a rattling sound.

Can you post a video of the noise and are you able to check for fault codes?

Any air leak will make it idle bad as the system is working in a vacuum state.

Need a decent scan tool really, to A) make sure no sensors are flagged as defective, and B) check the long term fuel trims.
