The car had started to develop some random issues which Diverse Rides diagnosed & sorted within 30mins.

Symptoms

- Intermittent hesitation in lower gears.
- Cruise control will not activate.
- When changing gears, revs increase slightly as if the throttle is still pressed.
- Car felt a bit jerky around town.
- Kept blowing fuse F39 within the fuse box in the engine bay.

Diverse Rides turned up @ approximately 3pm & fixed / solved the issue by the time it took me to finish my cuppa  :congrats:
Here is what he found:

This wiring loom feeds the Clutch switch hall sensor which tells the car that the clutch has been depressed. Ian Tamkin relocated the wiring loom and insulated the wires and the issue has been resolved.

What was happening was my Rtech Intake heat shield was rubbing on these wires and on acceleration the engine was tilting and rubbing on the wire causing a short in the electrical connection.

:notworthy: to Diverse Rides at finding the root cause and saving me lots of money on random parts and labour. I am so happy that my Edition 30 is now fully maintained / supported by Diverse Rides. One of the best modifications I have made to date within my build process.

Thank you Diverse Rides  :congrats: :happy2:
