19" VWR alloys the Pro Race style ones, Unicorn Motorsport for the Remap. He is very good!

Ive had 2 sets of 1.2's over the years on 2 GTI's so something else is required this time round.

Heard great things about Unicorn over on vwroc so yeap they are in there.

Welcome to a (not very exclusive ) club, you will enjoy your stay  :drinking:

Great choice MC  :happy2: look forward to your BT

Thanks fella.  :drinking:

Exclusive? Mine is the only one on my street!!  :pomppomp: :pomppomp:

 :sad1:

Turini's would have looked good on the R. I can't decide on the new wheels yet.......OZ Racing Superturismo LM or Neuspeed RSe102 are leading the way ATM.  First world problem I know.

Long story short........

After many issues with paint and electrics and no car for 7 weeks I finally pick it up (again) on Wednesday and will soon have the car that I first thought I purchased 3 months ago.. I'd like to say f**k you to all involved re the the company I bought the car from, the main dealer and also the manufacturer. For reasons I'm pretty sure I'm not allowed to say more in public.......so shan't.

As Mrs MC says....its only car and as always she's right and If my car problems are all I have to worry about I'm a lucky man indeed.

Anyway.......I can FINALLY start playing with her. Re Booked into see Alex In a few weeks for a few flow goodies and Stage 1 then I need to get shot of this sh*tty Cadiz wheels and fit something that actually look good on the car.

Lost all enthusiasm over the last 2 months for anything to do with cars and modding but starting to feel the buzz again and can't wait till Wednesday.

Will start a build thread sooner rather than later!  :pomppomp:

Re: MC71's Red Mistress - Turini shod
« Reply #762 on: March 11, 2021, 10:36:07 am »
The Turinis went on today, am still waiting for some decent VW centre cap logos to turn up but the ones I have will do for now.  The wheels look lovely!!

Couple of quick pics......

As always any comments, likes or dislikes....spam away!  :drinking:

I'm about to pull the trigger on a set of Turinis. One quick question: with the stock suspension on my Edition 30 will they rub the fender?

They won't rub. They rub with an ET lower than 42 and 8J of width, after you lower the suspension. You can do the arch liner screw mod too, if needed.
