hi
i was trying to tighten the screw on my boost tap when my car was on without know the screw would get sucked in. i was being an idiot and thought a small screw wont do anything. i drove for 15 minutes fine. stopped for a bit and rev the engine and it started misfiring? expensive fix or sell? or engine replacement

If you are lucky, the screw might be jammed in an intake runner flap, but more likely it got into the cylinder and might have bent a valve.
Maybe get a cheap borescope from Amazon and probe it in there through the intake temp sensor hole?

Or whip out the spark plugs and use a borescope to look in each cylinder.
