Stuttering/juddering under partial throttle (higher RPMs)

New to the MK5 GTI club here and loving the car!
Its Stage 2 remapped (AXX engine, K03) and im getting a really weird stuttering happening only when at partial throttle and higher RPMs and going into boost.
Its fine when at full throttle and when driving normally.
Here is a video of the problem.

Run a diagnostic on it. I.e VCDS scan for codes. Always a good start and then you can narrow down the issue.
