Choppers Edition 30
« on: March 30, 2010, 02:10:33 pm »
Well I'd thought I'd do the girl some justice after spending 6 hours cleaning her on Sunday, so without further ado here she is...

Enjoy... :happy2:

Cheers, done with my own and Mrs Choppers fair hands, she kindly removed all the tar spots for me and cleaned the inside...

Wheels done first, two cleans using Bilberry Wheel Cleaner
Snow Foamed, left to dwell for 5-10 mins
Rinse
Dodo Juice Born to be mild car shampoo, 2x
Dryed using towels
Tar spots removed using Tardis (I think)
Waxed with Dodo Juice Supernatural
Wheels polished with Rimwax then smart dressing applied to the tyres and all black trim, even under the bonnet.
Inside cleaned with VW's own Leather cleaner/feed and interior car care

looking good mate  :happy2: supernatural is a wax not a polish though, but thats me just being picky! Good effort getting the mrs's involved.
You should invest in some sealant, an example is chemical guys jetseal 109, works wonders on CW

Looking great!

How are the headlight protectors attached?
Clipped or stuck?
