im ok just now thanks mate.  Im in no particular rush to be honest. i might get an intercooler or water meth first TBH.  keep the engine safe

It's not meant to boost past 1.1bar! :P 1.1bar is the peak, 0.9-1bar is what it holds at... the problem was when it wasn't boosting past 0.25-0.3bar! The intake seemed to fix the problem entirely; I can hear the DV chuffing away correctly, and it now boosts correctly.
