(Gas pedal down) car not acelerating.

Sometime on my way to e.g. work when i accelerate (press gas pedal) car is not speeding up and looses speed for some second, but after it works again fine.

My car is a GOLF 5 GTI 230hp after some mods, and a chip tuning, down pipe, exhaust and spark plug switch to new, blow off ventill etc.

And sometimes I have an occurring problem that my car is not accelerating when I press gas pedal, but only fort short time than it works all week perfectly fine.

I am a newbie, and found this forum today. So if you had something like this, or you could know what it could be. Please write an answer because I can't sleep that my dear MK5 have some issue.

sounds like it's going into limp mode.
you'll need to get the car scanned with vcds or the like to see if any fault codes are stored.

Lots recommend the OBD11 bluetooth - that you can get on amazon prime

Thanks For answer if possible wihc OBD scanner is top with GOLF5 gti (most options to show usw. I only need this for my mk5 gti and in future some other german cars.)
