Cv boots
« on: January 25, 2022, 07:45:55 pm »
At today’s MOT, I was told the outer cv boots on both sides were deteriorating. This came as a surprise since they were both replaced only 3 years ago and the guy told me that the newer plastic ones didn’t last as long as the original rubber ones. Afaik my garage used genuine vag when they did the work however perhaps someone knows of a better lasting brand to use when I renew them?
