Porsch Turbo Twists

Hey guys n gals,
Got a line on some 17" Porsch Turbo Twists for a very reasonable cost but was wondering how people are getting these to fit, the PCD is 5x130 which is fine and can buy adaptors as required but the width on the back wheels is absolutely mad they are 9j et15... I've seen mk5s running this rim but it can't be with that rear setup on.. anyone using them that could shed some light please?

I'm at stock ride height with factory springs and no arch modifications and have 17" monzas atm

9J ET15 plus a 20-30mm thick adapter plate is never going to work.  Are you sure people are running those at the rear and not just 4 x front wheels?

4 fronts makes sense although trying to find a other set for a reasonable cost is going to rather ruin the cost of the ones I have found haha.

Absolutely no idea what width the ones I have seen fitted to mk5s are, I just meant the style of wheel more so.
Back to the drawing board I guess hehe.

4 fronts I reckon, or maybe copies.  Nice wheels the twists.  I can't imagine genuine ones are cheap but staggered porker wheels won't work on a MK5, unless the offset is huge.  Like, ET65 or something!  With an 8J, you need to be around a final ET of 40 to avoid rubbage, ideally ET45. 

9J adds extra fun as you have strut rubbage to consider, as well as arch rubbage!
