will this effect fueling at all? i know it increases rail pressure by 5 bar, but could it cause a higher fuel usage and rich condition, or is it like i assume that you are getting the same fueling just at a slightly higher pressure,

Nope.

Things that cause over rich fuelling are: Bad MAF, bad O2 sensor, knackered coils, knackered plugs, crap map etc etc.

thats good i sorta guessed that as ive done 1000 miles on it and car was running great, i have ordered new bosch coils and plugs, as thats where my best guess is at, will update when fitted on friday
