Black GTI with red splitter trim registration blah blah 'APS'

Often seen on a driveway in a fairly rural location approx 5 miles from Reading near a popular garden centre
Red 'lip' treatment on bottom of front splitter and red strip around lower rear bumper moulding.

Anyone here?
