is there a way to get rid of the quick release connections like a different turbo pipe so you can just use a norman jubilee clamp?

Yes -
S3 or aftermarket intercooler.
Turbo outlet/discharge pipe.
Turbo silencer delete kit.
Suitable flexible boost pipes to work with above

Cant say about S3 discharge - I found a discharge/pancake pipe for my K03 that had been fabricated to have a standard hose connector from this seller:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/184786699592?hash=item2b06254548:g:jAwAAOSwcW9ggoej
I suspect the £450 price tag is just a placeholder to keep the listing alive.

That and aftermarket intercooler has deleted all the bayonet connections all mine apart from the turbo outlet.

The ebay listing posted above if you message the seller he can modify them and get rid of the bayonet fitting. For both K03 and K04 Cars.

You will either have to send your pipe off to him or buy a new one and send it to him has he has none instock to modify.

There is also a few people on instagram that will do the same service.

As an alternative, you could fit a new coupling to the hose you have.

On the intercooler output side, I replaced the coupling with one from Creations Motorsport (68/54mm). Beautifully machined and a really positive / tighter fitting seal to the intercooler. You may need a different size.

Tempted to do both ends of the hose on the input side.
