I have a P0373 code when scanning for fault codes, the car sometimes seems a bit jumpy almost like it skips a beat when idling. Rough cost to fix?

Not sure if that’s any help, can’t seem to find any posts about anyone having this code, the symptoms seem to be a rough startup and a slight lumpiness / misfire on idle.

Was that checked with a generic scan tool? I haven't seen that error before. Maybe VCDS will translate it better if you know someone who has it?
