Edition30 starts then cuts out ????????

Hi chaps so I’ve been installing water meth in my edition30’ready for mapping in a few weeks and once the car was all put back together started her up ( water meth all
Switched off ) and it started and it ran but was missing tried to rev it slightly thinking by reviving it it would clear it didn’t so tried letting it idle, the revs dropped and it cut out.

Started the car again and it cut out immediately done this a few times, then tried to rev it once started but it would miss and splutter then just die again so got vcds out and I’m getting code 1602-002 voltage too low.
Yet the battery is fine

I have been turning the ignition on and off a fair bit sort the water meth kit.

What on earth could it be ??

I’ve included the vcds fault code I’ve got a short video but don’t know how to upload it ?

Terminal 30 is a relay under the steering wheel, labelled 460 - IIRC this energises the fuse box in the engine bay
slightly awkward to get to, both lower panels off, the panel it clips into has strong clips making tricky to remove with the panel in place, but it does unclip -Number 6 below:

I used to get that error all the time, weird random non starting and playing dead - not had any issues since replacing for new one - not cheap seem to remember £40 from TPS.
In a pinch you could try popping open the cover & re-flowing the solder within the relay, but due to awkwardness to get at I would suggest new replacement.

I’ve been running wires and vac pipes under the dash for the boost gauge and water meth. Any reason it would have stopped working ?!!

Did yours start then cut straight out ??

Starting then stopping immediately can be immobiliser related.

Check the meth system as well as I've heard of sh1tty kits flooding the cylinders with water even when it's supposed to be off.

The nozzle for the meth kit isn’t connected to the car yet so I won’t be that.


What would I have touched for the immobiliser to kick in ??

Just went out this morning and I can hear the fuel pump prime start the car it cuts out. So started it again and this time held my foot on the throttle pedal and it revs to 
2k the misses then cuts out even with foot on pedal ?? 

What on earth is going on ??

Changed the 460 relay still starts and cuts out dash lights up as it should.

What the hell do I do someone please help !!
