Copper grease is made up of copper filings - so not ideal between disc and hub.
ceramic grease or nothing would be better choices.

Mintex link talking about grease...not the  is the word is the word one:

I use aluminium antiseize. Works great and means nothing gets stuck.

Yes - I just got a tub this year - the way it coat your hands is hypnotic!
think would work really well within aluminium -thinking subframe bolts.

Anti seize bought.
An idea, maybe a stupid idea but.....would it be worth clamping the bake hose on each caliper one at a time and test on one of the many quiet roads around here to see if that shows up the offending brake/s?
Would the clamp hold ok under braking pressure?

I wouldn't do that mate, it's brakes man   If someone pulls out in front of you and you can't stop, and the rozzers see a clamp on your brake hose, yeah, that could be a bad day for you  The clamp probably wouldn't do a lot anyway tbh!

can you put up any pictures? so we can see all 4 faces of the discs.
stuck caliper might show blueing on disc, or even pad deposits (which can also cause wobble)
you say new calipers and discs but new/ s/h pads and if so what make?   did you follow break in procedure?
have you checked your wheel bolts arent loose?
could take it all off and cleanup and clean mating surfaces.
if pad deposit then an italian tuneup with cooldown
would seem unusual to have a disc warp in this way given what youve described tbh (unless youve ragged it then came to a stop and held the brake pedal down for ages (to let discs heatsoak into pads etc)
