MK6 Climate Control

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone have any information on installing mk6 climate control with heated seat function.
I have a 2005 MK5 Golf GTI with no heated seats (going to retro fit them later)
Just wondering if anyone has more information regarding the 5K0 907 044BT revision and it working for heated seat function or has a good idea which revision would be perfectly fine to use with all functionality.

If you currently have the ac button in your old  climatronic panel it's quite simple almost plug and play reconnnect pin 16 on 20 in the other hand if you have econ button it's more complex.

I have econ from my previous, so just switch the pin 16 to 20? then update the CAN ?

Ok, if I were you after reconect wire 16 and 20 I'll test it, but its possible ac doesn't start in that case I'd rather refuse to replace it, you  have ro reconect more wires and its a mess i t's not worth it. If works you only need to configure the heated seats through vagcom once you put in the car. luck.
