Hi guys,
will a set of 8.5x19 with ET35, fit on my 2005 Golf GTI, with 60mm H&R lowering springs
without any issues?
Currently running 8x19 ET45?
Or would a 8x19 ET50 be better?

Depends what you mean by issues.
What you have on already is the closest match to oem offset. 8.5J ET35 will rub the arches and 8J ET50 will likely rub on the struts.
You must have a spine made of titanium to run 19s on a MK5!
