Hi all,
As my last post got locked due to people having an agenda about scanning a vehicle pre purchase. I though I would provide a guide on what to scan for. Feel free to add other useful values you can scan for to determine if there is an issue.
So far I have
Block 1 - Lambda sensor - closer to 0 the better
Block 3 - ensure the mass flow sensor is working and not stuck
Block 14/15/16 - ensure no misfires
Block 90 91 93 - check VVT/chain -
AFAIK - Bank 1 should be within 0-3 anymore consider a camchain
ensure spec and actual cam adjustment are similar
Also found this very useful document on various measuring values on DSG boxes.

Good luck
