Led steering wheel wiring urgent help needed

Hello, this is my first post on this forum. I am connecting a led steering wheel to the car. Im stuck on which wires the red and black wires from the wheel connect to on the black(mfsw) wire. Im not sure which wires are live and earth. Any help will be much appreciated !!

Not sure either, but would use a multimeter and test which one supplies a constant voltage with ignition and ground would be on the steering wheel chassis.
