MK7 Splitter & Valance Kit - Who Makes It?

Keeping my ear to the market as I do, noticed this MK7 (GTD) with some sort of tasty looking kit, assuming it's some sort of additional front splitter and rear valance. Link & pics below.

Anyone got any idea who makes it and if it's VW OEM, what the extra pack is called?

Makes the side profile of the MK7 GT/x range even more handsome and bulkier either side  :happy2:

Looks like its an official VW accessory. Have a look at page 21 of the accessories brochure  :happy2:

Can't workout where the rear valance is listed... (?) Unless that's in the Golf brochure, only or something.
