Sunroof pulley broken
« on: October 09, 2023, 10:03:32 pm »
Has anyone fixed or relocated a sunroof pulley? And or fixed a sunroof leak that is not from a blocked hose?  I have searched n searched but can't find the info I need.

Roof lining was sagging.  I pulled it out to repair I've seen guides on this. However sunroof started leaking from front left.  I investigated and found it was leaking between 2 pieces of plastic.  I removed one piece of plastic for a.closer look then.  (This piece sits below the roof pulleys).  Then with maximum stupidity I tried to open roof to let more light in.  One pulley pulled out groove and broke or just disattched from housing

I think I have to now disassemble whole unit.  Can anyone advise.
