Hi, i heard that the mk7 r dsg clutch was a good upgrade ? is this true? aks also recommends it

Not heard that before! The Ttrs clutch is a known and we'll documented upgrade. Decimal tenths sell a kit for it.

Mk7 clutches are chocolate, they barely stand a stage 1 remap

Unless you mean DSG clutch packs, thats a different story.
