Hello from Bournemouth
« on: November 25, 2022, 12:18:45 am »
Hi

Only bought my GTI a few weeks back (see pic)

Changed DV straight away as boost late kicking in and the old one had more holes in it than rubber. Replaced it with a GFB DV+ and given condition of the old one expected a big difference. So confused why still not really feeling performance until 3000rpm plus. I bought another DV, rev g this time to see if maybe  fault withthe GFB one. If not sure what could be wrong.Any ideas?

Came with fsh but don't know when cam follower changed so bought parts and was going to attempt myself. However it has a banjo bolt that I just can't get out so looking at local garages near bournemouth if anyone can recommend.

Cheers

Matt
