Hello, I have a 2006 GTI with the FSI engine and I've been dealing with this squealing that happens only under load, such as when blipping the throttle.
My drive belt was just replaced today by a shop, and this issue happened before and continues to happen now. It never happens on startup or under normal driving conditions, just when doing a pull, revving, etc.
Is there any way to pinpoint which part is actually making the noise, or am I going to have to process of elimination replace everything connected to the drive belt?
