Throttle body
« on: April 04, 2024, 04:40:48 pm »
Hello, ive had a code come up on my mk5 gti PO221, regarding the throttle position sensor and body. I replaced both and still have the same issue, just wondering what else could it be. I have replaced the pedal to check if that was the issue but nothing changed, car still had the same issue. I have also tried taking the codes off via vcds but they come back straight away, even after replacing throttle body. Help would be appreciated

I had a throttle body issue a few years ago, made the car un-driveable eventually.  I changed the throttle body, flashed the ECU but was still having issues. It turned out to be the wiring loom to the throttle body.
