Spark Plugs for Ko4 hybrid conversion
« on: February 16, 2022, 07:17:34 pm »
Hello Guys, first post on the forum :)

Just wondering if NGK Iridium BKR7EIX spark plugs are ok to run with a ko4 hybrid converted car. Planning to run 350-375bhp

Cheers

Apologies for responding without giving you an answer… but can you share your spec?

Is it an AXX/BWA motor? I often wondered how much power they could take and most K04 cars are in the 350/350 range.

Yes the BKR7EIX is a good plug for these engines, standard or otherwise.

Just picking this up again - is there a recommended gap for these plugs? Just follow the factory specs?

No just take them out of the packet and stick them in.  They work fine in standard and modified engines.
