k04 turbo what else do you need?

Hi i want a new turbo rather k04 is it a simple case of swapping turbo`s or do you need other stuff as well?

But if cheap k03 New could be found i would have it been quoted 1100 for k03 and 1300 for k04
(turbo technics)

Also does the s3 intercooler bolt straight in as well or do you need other bits and bobs?
