Oil recommendations for dsg service mk5

(1/2) > >>

Conork234:
Hi all, I recently purchased a mk5 gti auto, the last dsg service was 2019 but has only done 20,000km since so to be on the safe side I’m going to service it. I’ve been recommended liqui moly and valvoline if anyone else has any suggestions for an alternative oil to the OEM

Thanks a mill

RetroRaz:
Id just stick to OEM, its not that far off price wise to other products.

Thanks a mill for your reply, is there any difference between g052182a2 oil and g052182?

This. I always look on ebay to see if i can get it a bit cheaper, just make sure the dates are ok.

I was thinking of using Febi Bilstein. You can get the oil and filter for just under £100.
Correct me if I'm wrong but don't they make OE stuff.
Any thoughts on me using this.
