Hello,
I recently had to replace the ignition lock housing on my car. Upon putting everything back together, I am noticing the front wipers will not turn off, no matter what position the stalk is on.
The horn and steering wheel controls for the radio are functional, which indicate it is likely not the clock spring. I have had the whole assembly on and off a few times now to double check things. Here are some codes on OBD2 I get, hopefully it can help:
