My original rear calipers gave up at around 40000 miles (2 years) I replaced them with new not rerurbished TRW951/952 which are now 15 years old (125000 miles and still working perfectly. Parking in gear without handbrake will have helped  Prices have doubled since

Hello again im just going to order the calipers and have been researching disks and have found that 312mm brembo front disks and 282mm rear disks are the correct sizes but everywhere i look i cant find correct pads sizes. autodoc list about 4 or 5 different pads for mk5 gti does anyone know which are correct?  :stupid: :fighting2:

Hi, these are the rear pads I bought. Where it says "for PR number" in the description you can check that against the PR code on your car's data sticker. Same principle with the front pads plus my car needed front pads that had the wear sensor.
