Stage 2 K04 - missfire!
« on: January 18, 2025, 02:39:22 pm »
Hello fellow MK5'ers.  I have a K04 converted Golf that has been running a stage 2 absolutely fine for the past year.  Lately, she has been very rough on start up and idle.

I have replaced:
Spark Plugs
R8 Coils
Oil & Filter
Fuel Pump & Filter

My problems seem to go away for a few days upon changing each part, although the misfire still persists.  Upon removing errors the car runs perfectly but slowly deteriorates and EML comes back.

Now that I have tackled all of the ignition and fuelling issues.  I'm thinking my Lambda sensor is ****ed!

If anyone can help with me, it would be much appreciated!

Here is the diagnostic scan
